How to Get There (and Getting Around)

Lisbon

Lisbon is the stunning capital and also the largest city of Portugal. It is mainland Europe’s westernmost capital city and the only one along the Atlantic coast. Lisbon is recognised as a global city because of its importance in finance, arts, media, entertainment, international trade, commerce, education and tourism. A city full of authenticity where old customs and ancient history intermix with cultural entertainment and hi-tech innovation, where the sun shines 290 days a year and the temperature rarely drops below 15° C.
After all, Lisbon is famous for its hospitality and the family-like way it welcomes visitors.

For the first time in 2023, this impressive city will give our meeting an appropriate framework to welcome physicians and key opinion leaders from all five continents to the leading conference on medical dermatology; injectables for aesthetic and medical use; cosmetic and aesthetic energy-based devices; aesthetic gynecology; practice management and digital marketing; and artificial intelligence and deep learning in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

Airport Transfer

To arrange your transport from Barcelona airport to your hotel or to the conference venue (approx. 20 – 30 min.) you can choose between different options: public airport transfer, taxi or private transfer.

  • TAXI
You can always find a taxi at the airport, normally queueing outside the departures and arrivals terminals. As the city centre is very close by, taxis are a rather affordable transportation option. Taxis can be also booked in advance with at www.lisbon-airport.com/secure-taxi-booking.html

  • PRIVATE TRANSFER
You can book your transfer with Transfeero: www.transfeero.com/en
  • METRO
The Lisbon Airport has a Metro (subway) station with a direct line to the city centre. The 'Aeroporto – Saldanha' line takes you to downtown Lisbon in about 20 minutes. The Metro network will allow you to move around the city at ease. It is a quick and inexpensive way to get around, plus you will get to see Lisbon's subway stations – each with its own theme and décor.
  • BUSES
Several bus lines stop at the airport arrivals terminal, taking you to different parts of the city. The two main ways to travel from the airport by bus are city buses and the Aereobus shuttle.
