Flying to Lisbon

Located only 7 km from the downtown and 12 km from the congress venue, Lisbon’s airport (LIS) also known as Lisbon Humberto Delgado or Portela Airport is the international airport of Lisbon and one of the largest airports in Southern Europe. Airport Transfer

To arrange your transport from Lisbon airport to your hotel or to the conference venue (approx. 20 – 30 min.) you can choose between different options: public airport transfer, taxi or private transfer.

• METRO
  The Lisbon Airport has a Metro (subway) station with a direct line to the city centre. The 'Aeroporto – Saldanha' line takes you to downtown Lisbon in about 20 minutes. The Metro network will allow you to move around the city at ease. It is a quick and inexpensive way to get around, plus you will get to see Lisbon's subway stations – each with its own theme and décor.

• BUSES
  Several bus lines stop at the airport arrivals terminal, taking you to different parts of the city. The two main ways to travel from the airport by bus are city buses and the Aereobus shuttle.
