Registration for Delegates
 

1.1    WHICH REGISTRATION CATEGORIES ARE AVAILABLE?

  • Student / resident / registered nurse / clinic staff / delegate from developing country / accompanying person

1.2    CAN YOU PROVIDE MORE DETAILS ON THE DIFFERENT CATEGORIES?

  • Member: member of at least one of our scientific partners (must indicate membership ID the during registration process) or delegate from partner country
  • Non-member: not a member of at least one of our scientific partners or delegate from partner country 
  • Discounted registration fees are available for:
    • Students / residents / fellows (proof of status must be submitted along with registration)
    • Registered nurses / clinic staff (proof of status must be submitted along with registration)
    • Delegates from developing countries (please review the list of 5CC authorized developing countries)
    • Accompanying persons (not a physician of any kind)
  • Corporate professional: industry representative, corporate individual, scientist, researcher
  • Day ticket: registration valid for one conference day only
  • Residents & Fellows Day: the R&F Day sessions are open to residents, fellows and students only. The program is included in the discounted student / resident ticket. It is not possible to visit the R&F Day without purchasing a discounted student / resident ticket.

1.3    HOW MUCH IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BUY MY TICKET?
The “Early Bird” registration fee offers savings of up to € 110. Make sure to secure your early bird ticket in good time, as we have only 200 discounted tickets available. The total number of tickets available for 5CC is limited to 2.000.

** The scientific sessions on the Scientific Partner Day are being self-organized by our scientific partners. As such, a registration fee at their discretion may apply. 

 

1.5    WHAT IS 5CC ON AIR?
5CC ON AIR is our web-based learning tool for education in advanced aesthetic and medical dermatology. It is an exclusive offer for delegates and faculty of the 5CC. Your participation in the meeting will give you unlimited online access to presentations, videos and abstracts of the conference. Enjoy free and unlimited lifetime access to the 5CC 2019 content and never miss a lecture again!

1.6    DO YOU OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?
We do offer discounts for groups of at least five delegates. Please contact hannah_wolff(at)logi-vent.de for prices, terms and conditions. 

1.7    IS IT POSSIBLE TO VISIT THE EXHIBITION ONLY?
Sorry, there is no “exhibition-only”-pass available. To gain access to the exhibition hall, you must at least purchase a day ticket.

1.8    WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT FOR DELEGATE REGISTRATIONS?
Using the online registration, we accept credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). No additional credit card fees apply for delegate fees. For on-site registrations, we accept cash (Euro) and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).

1.9    WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR DELEGATE REGISTRATIONS?
Upon registration for 5CC, you accept the following cancellation policy: We will refund 80% of the participation fee with a € 30 processing fee, if written cancellation reaches Logi-Vent GmbH before April 30, 2019. We will refund 50% of the participation fee with a € 30 processing fee, if cancellation reaches Logi-Vent GmbH before July 31, 2019. No refunds from August 1, 2019. Name changes are possible with a € 30 processing fee until July 31, 2019. No name changes are possible after August 1, 2019.

1.10    WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION LETTER AFTER MY REGISTRATION?
Please check your spam folder first. If you did not receive an email with your confirmation letter, please contact hannah_wolff(at)logi-vent.de.

1.11    HOW CAN I GET AN INVITATION LETTER?
International participants please contact carina_schorling(at)logi-vent.de to request an invitation letter. Once you have your letter of invitation, you need to apply for your visa. Delegates are responsible for making their own arrangements for getting a visa and are urged to contact their nearest embassy or consulate as early as possible to determine where they should apply and to inquire on the length of time expected to complete the visa process.

In the case that your visa is being declined, we do not offer refunds of the of the registration fee, but will gladly apply the registrations towards the next 5CC conference.
