To ensure a smooth and well-prepared journey to the 18th 5CC World Congress LIVE in Madrid, we kindly ask all participants to review the relevant travel and visa requirements in advance.
Below you will find important information regarding entry regulations, visa applications, and invitation letters to support your travel planning.
Spain is a member of the European Union and part of the Schengen Area. Please note that all travelers, except those exempt from visa requirements, should apply for the appropriate visa at their local Spanish Embassy or Consulate before departure.
Individuals holding a valid residence permit or a valid long-term visa issued by another Schengen Member State should verify its validity prior to travel to avoid any inconvenience.
Please note that it is the delegate’s responsibility to check visa requirements for Spain and apply accordingly. We strongly recommend applying for your visa at least 90 days prior to travel to ensure sufficient processing time.
In the event that a visa application is denied, registration fees are non-refundable. However, we will be happy to transfer your registration to the next 5CC LIVE.
Participants requiring an official invitation letter for the 18th 5CC World Congress LIVE can request one by contacting joana_gillner@logi-vent.de.
Please note that an invitation letter can only be issued after successful registration and full payment of the congress fee.
