CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

SHARE YOUR RESEARCH AT 5CC LIVE

We invite researchers, clinicians, and industry professionals to submit their latest findings for 5CC LIVE. All accepted abstracts will be presented onsite, offering a valuable opportunity to share innovative work, exchange ideas, and contribute to the scientific dialogue of our congress.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • An abstract is required for all scientific submissions.
  • All submitted abstracts that are accepted will be presented onsite at 5CC LIVE.
  • Abstracts must be submitted by June 15, 2026.
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English.
  • Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference program. By submitting an abstract, you consent to 5CC LIVE publishing your abstract.

CONTENTS OF YOUR ABSTRACT

HOW TO STRUCTURE YOUR ABSTRACT

  • The abstract word limit is 300 words maximum per abstract. The 5CC LIVE Secretariat reserves the right to edit abstracts that exceed the word limit.
  • The title should clearly indicate the nature of the study.
  • The abstract should include the following sections:

INTRODUCTION

Clearly describe the background and purpose of the study.

METHODS

Clearly describe your selection of observations, experimental subjects, or study material.

RESULTS

Present your results in a logical sequence.

DISCUSSION

Highlight and discuss new and important aspects of the study.

CONCLUSION

State the conclusions drawn from the results of the study.

  • Abstracts must contain previously unpublished and unpresented data.

REVIEW PROCESS

ABSTRACT REVIEW & NOTIFICATION

  • Abstracts will be reviewed by the 5CC Board and Advisory Board, who will serve jointly as the reviewing committee.
  • Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent two months prior to the conference.
  • Please ensure that the email address of both the submitter and the presenting author is correct, as it will be used for communication after the review process.
